This quote by Vietnamese Monk, Thich Nhat Hanh, means that the secret to happiness is to acknowledge and transform suffering and not to run away from it. To me, it is about calling in and calling out "isms" so that we are eventually free of the "mud" that drags us down. We do this by acknowledging, accepting and adapting to difference.
